Sales Executive (Accra, Ghana)

Business: Beverage Import & Distribution
Location: Accra

We’re seeking energetic Sales Executives to drive product distribution, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets across retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets across assigned routes and outlets
• Expand numeric distribution by opening new outlets and strengthening relationships with retailers/wholesalers
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and correct pricing in all outlets
• Collect payments, monitor credit limits, and reduce overdue balances
• Provide accurate daily sales reports and market intelligence to supervisors
• Execute trade marketing activities (POS materials, promotions, activations) in assigned territory

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2–4 years’ FMCG sales experience (beverage industry is an advantage)
• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field and meet targets
• Valid driving licence or motorbike riding experience is a plus

Incentives

• Commission: 5% of weekly net sales above target
• Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus tied to KPIs (outlet coverage, collections, visibility, reporting discipline)
