Job Title: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and overall financial performance
• Oversee tax, regulatory, and compliance obligations
• Implement internal controls and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth and investment initiatives
• Supervise and develop the finance team
• Prepare mid-term journal presentations
Qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or Internal Audit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High integrity and attention to detail
