4. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery
• Sellers are responsible for packaging and delivering items to buyers or recipients.
• Flowmart may assist with logistics coordination but is not liable for delays or delivery failures unless explicitly stated.
• Donated items must be delivered in reasonable condition and within agreed timelines.
5. Buyer & Seller Conduct
• All users must treat each other with respect and honesty.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior will result in account suspension or termination.
• Sellers must respond to inquiries within 48 hours and resolve disputes in good faith.
6. Promotions & Community Engagement
• Flowmart may feature products or donation campaigns in promotional materials, including flyers, video ads, and social media.
• Sellers may opt out of specific campaigns by contacting support.
• Philanthropic listings may be highlighted to encourage community support and visibility.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
