Sales Supervisor (Accra, Ghana)

Location: Greater Accra
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and drive the performance of our field sales team. The role ensures territory targets are met across volume, distribution, visibility, and collections, while coaching reps, expanding outlets, and executing trade marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Break down sales targets into weekly/daily goals for reps and monitor results
• Supervise field sales visits, coach reps on selling skills, and ensure proper outlet coverage
• Expand numeric distribution by opening new outlets and strengthening relationships with wholesalers/distributors
• Implement in-store execution standards (availability, pricing, POS materials, promotions)
• Monitor collections, credit limits, and stock rotation to reduce expiries and overdue balances
• Compile accurate sales/coverage reports and gather market intelligence
• Lead, motivate, and discipline the sales team; run daily/weekly performance reviews
Requirements
• Higher Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4–6 years’ FMCG sales experience, with 1–2 years in team-leading or senior sales rep role
• Strong selling, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Valid driving licence is an advantage
Incentives
• Performance bonus (10–20% of base) tied to KPIs
• 1–2% of net weekly sales above target for their territory
