Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Part-time | Eastern Time Hours Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Location: 100% Remote
Availability: Immediate
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and service questions
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues when necessary
Uphold a high standard of service that aligns with company value
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous customer service experience (remote experience is a plus!)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A quiet, reliable remote work setup with a stable internet connection
Availability to work flexible hours within the Eastern Time Zone
